CORFAC International is pleased to announce Daniel Shindleman, CCIM, MRICS, of Bridgemer AG/CORFAC International in Wollerau, Switzerland, began his term as 2025 President of the global organization on January 1. 

Additional officers include Vice President Joe Santaularia, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Dallas, Texas; Treasurer Trent Scott, CCIM, First Capital Property Group/CORFAC International in Orlando, Florida; and Secretary Dan Dokovic, SIOR, Intelica/CORFAC International in St. Louis, Missouri.

“Our current roster of CORFAC International clients in 75 markets across the globe who are served by 1,000 dedicated professionals know the high-quality advice, service and support our CORFAC members provide,” Shindleman said.

“As President in 2025, I want to contribute to make the CORFAC International brand even better known and more recognized around the globe to our potential clients as a sign of the highest levels of competence, loyalty, integrity and great service with entrepreneurial advice. Our markets are growing, and so are we. Let’s all spread the word about what we can, and do, achieve.”

Shindleman is Principal of Bridgemer AG/CORFAC International, a cross-border real asset investment and advisory firm, providing local and international clients with top quality and customized services. Since 2002, Bridgemer has specialized in global occupier services, asset management and investment consulting for globally active corporate groups as well as local businesses, individuals and institutions.

In the CORFAC network, Shindleman has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He also has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, and as Chair of the International Committee. He was honored with the 2023 Charlie King MVP Award, the 2021 Steven H. Podolsky International Member of the Year Award, and a COR$TAR Award for the largest cross-border referral transaction.
