CORFAC is pleased to announce Blue Stone Real Estate Advisors/CORFAC International, which operates throughout Mexico, is the newest affiliate to join our growing global network. Blue Stone is one of eight new firms to join CORFAC this year, building on last year’s momentum of adding six firms to the network.

“Blue Stone’s Founder and Principal Esteban Puente Bustindui and the entire team have an impressive history of serving Mexico’s most active commercial real estate markets. Their depth of expertise in site selection, tenant representation and landlord representation are a true asset to the global CORFAC network,” Capitani added.

Blue Stone Realty Advisors was founded in 2017 by Esteban Puente Bustindui, who has experience in industrial, office and investment real estate in Mexico. He has advised global clients, including Goodyear, Ford and Autoneum on expansion into Mexico. He previously served as Director of Mexico’s World Trade Center Industrial Park, a 75.3 million square foot industrial, office and retail park in San Luis Potosi. Esteban is also a founder of Mexico’s World Port Industrial Park in Guanajuato.

“We feel very proud to be part of a worldwide, renowned real estate network,” Puente Bustindui said. “We are convinced of the African proverb that says, ‘If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together’ and here we are. In doing so, we decided to choose the best.” 

The firm has five principals and one administrative team member.
