Tempe, AZ (January 25, 2013) - Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI)/CORFAC International announces the sale of a 15,290 square feet industrial property located in the East Valley at 1426 N. Marvin Street in Gilbert, Arizona.  Eric Jones and Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the seller, Bowman Investments, LLC. 
 
"This 15,290 SF property on 3 acres, is a state-of-the-art, premiere contractor facility with 25,500 SF of fenced yard composed of concrete floors and paving through out," said Jones. Kurt Saulnier represented the buyer, M & A Melba, LLC who purchased the property for $1,950,000.
