Tempe, AZ (October 19, 2012) – Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI), announces the sale of a 19,008 square foot property in the San Tan Technology Park of Chandler, Arizona.  Darin Edwards and Leroy Breinholt of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the seller, Domestic Investment Properties, LLC.  Paul Sieczkowski and Rob Martensen of Colliers International represented the buyer of the Industrial property at 6915 West Frye Road.

The building closed escrow for $1,300,000.
