Tempe, AZ (March 26, 2013) - Commercial Properties Incorporated/CORFAC International (CPI) announces the sale of a 9.6 acre property located in the East Valley on the Northwest corner of Alma School Rd and Pecos Rd in Chandler, Arizona.  Shane McCormick of CPI worked with both parties involved the transaction. The seller was, Hatcher Plaza, LLC, which was formed by Michael Pollack of Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments in Mesa.  McCormick negotiated the cash sale with Alta Vista Communities ASNE LLC from Tucson, who purchased the 9.6 acre property for $2,375,000.
