Tempe, AZ (November 16, 2012) - Commercial Properties Incorporated (CPI)/CORFAC International announces the lease of a 62,949 square foot industrial building in Mesa, Arizona.  John Hart, Shane McCormick, and Tyson Breinholt of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented the landlord Erenberg Brothers.  Roofing Supply Group of Arizona, LLC is the new tenant taking occupancy of the property at 235 South Hibbert Street this month.  Roofing Supply Group of Arizona, LLC was represented by Bill Honsaker of Jones Lang LaSalle and Sharon Morrison of Transwestern in Texas.

The terms of the lease were not disclosed.
