Phoenix, AZ (October 11, 2012) – Commercial Properties Incorporated/CORFAC International (CPI), announces the sale of a 22,946 square foot portfolio of properties in Glendale, Mesa, and Gilbert, Arizona. Tyson Breinholt and Matt Zaccardi of Commercial Properties Incorporated represented both the seller and the buyer of the 13 condo units included in this portfolio, consisting of general office and medical office space.After a successful marketing campaign showcasing the property to commercial real estate investors, the building closed escrow for $1,893,000.
