Sevier and Trifunovic represented local Memphis entrepreneur, Chris Avery of AESOP Memphis LLC, as Sky Zonefranchisee in the lease of 30,000 square feet of the 70,000 square foot building at 5355 Distriplex Farms Drive, currently owned by landlord Net Magan Property Owner One LP. Sky Zone – Memphis, will occupy suite 102 in this multi-tenanted building.Trampoline parks are very popular with the under-19 crowd and especially so for children’s special events such as birthdays.  However, most of the Sky Zones also offer trampoline-based aerobics classes for adults and are used for recreation and entertainment by people of all ages.Nationally represented by Trifunovic,Sky Zoneis the creator of the world's first all-trampoline, walled playing court. With 14 locations currently open throughout the United States and Canada, with several more locations set to open in 2012.  Sky Zone typically leases industrial space versus prime retail space, as the interiors require significant clear heights and column spacing and lower cost of rent is also a key component for maintaining operational costs from a real estate standpoint. “We found an industrial facility with space that had been vacant for at least 6 months and featured 50’ x 50’ column spacing and a 24-foot clear height, which is just about perfect for a trampoline park,” said Sevier. “Additionally, in an effort to comply with ADA requirements, tenant improvements included the removal of a few truck-loading doors to create a store front.”In addition to the Memphis location, Trifunovic has recently worked with CORFAC International affiliates to open entertainment centers in Peoria, AZ, Houston and Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA. While finalizing a Sky Zonelocation in New Jersey, Trifunovic is also involved with managing the leased space location in Torrance, CA scheduled to open in March. Crump Commercial LLC/CORFAC International is licensed in the Tri-State area of Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
