Darwin Realty/CORFAC International announced that beginning July 1, the Chicago-based PW Commercial Real Estate team will join their firm. Following the merger, the firm will change its name to DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International.

PW Commercial Real Estate’s eight brokers and two staff members will move to Darwin's Elmhurst headquarters, and the DarwinPW Realty team will expand to 20+ brokers. In 1975, the two firms each started as offshoots of Pain & Sutherlin and are now reuniting to expand market reach and provide shared expertise.  
 
“Business has continued to grow throughout the pandemic as companies increasingly need manufacturing, warehouse space, and more functional office space.  Food, trucking, and precision manufacturers have been DarwinPW’s most active segments, and we’ve remained committed to keeping DarwinPW at the forefront of market trends and client services,” says DarwinPW Realty President Rick Daly. “With these new additions, we give our customers more experts to help with their real estate needs.”

From PW Commercial Real Estate, Gerald (Jerry) Sullivan and Edward (Ed) Wabick, SIOR, are joining as principals. Brokers joining the DarwinPW team are: Terry Lynch, SIOR, Vice President; Jeff Blake, SIOR, Vice President; Marc Hale, Associate; Sean Sloan, J.D., Associate; Laura Perlman, Associate; and Ali Nix, Associate. Staff includes Kathy Sullivan and Julie Foley.
