January 13, 2015 – A private equity investor has purchased the 3 story, 49,253 s.f., medical office building, located on 3 acres at 11055 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, Maryland.

Donohoe Real Estate Services matched the investors profile with the Columbia Medical Center. Brian Coakley and Tom Long of Donohoe Real Estate Services/Corfac International, led the investment outreach.

Columbia Medical Center is an on-campus medical office building at Howard County General Hospital, a John Hopkins Medicine facility.

Cushman and Wakefield represented the Seller.
