Washington, DC (May 28, 2013) – CORFAC International is pleased to announce that effective immediately, Donohoe Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, will be providing coverage for the Suburban Maryland markets, i.e., those Maryland counties surrounding Washington, DC. Donohoe already provides CORFAC coverage for both the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.

Established in 1884, Donohoe’s main office is in Georgetown, Washington, DC. The company’s Northern Virginia office is located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. Since 1995 Donohoe has maintained a Suburban Maryland office, currently located at 1110 Bonifant Street, in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland. Until recently, Manekin has been responsible for all coverage of Maryland. With Manekin’s recently announced departure from CORFAC International, Donohoe’s Suburban Maryland office in Silver Spring will be responsible for this part of Maryland, which includes the Counties of Montgomery, Prince Georges, Frederick, Howard and Anne Arundel.

The Silver Spring office is staffed with five brokers, all of whom have been active in these jurisdictions. Brian Coakley, Senior Vice President and principal liaison for CORFAC said, “We are pleased to be able to provide this coverage to our CORFAC partners.
