Faurecia Acquires 180,000 SQ FT In Fraser, MI

Troy, Michigan (October 3, 2011) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 180,000 square foot industrial facility located at 17085 Masonic in Fraser, Michigan. The end user, Faurecia, will occupy the building to address its expanding business as well as compliment operations at its North American headquarters currently located in Fraser. Faurecia is one of the largest international automotive parts manufacturers in the world. The transaction represents the tenth sale of a twelve building portfolio that L. Mason Capitani originally listed with Cadence Innovation. All that remains is a 129,000 square foot building in Hillsdale, Michigan and a 107,000 square foot building in Hartford City, Indiana. L.
