Former Car Museum Building Acquired by Fielding Electric For Its Relocation to Torrance, CA, Klabin Co./CORFAC Reports

Torrance, CA (April 24, 2014)– A 9,200 square foot industrial building in Torrance, CA previously operated as a private vintage car museum has been acquired by Fielding Electric, Inc. which will relocate to the facility from Hawthorne, CA, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.
With the recent removal of all the collectibles from the property and following its own building improvements, Fielding Electric has scheduled a third quarter occupancy of the property located at 1601 Lockness Place.  
Matt Stringfellow and Courtney Bell, vice presidents in The Klabin Company’s Torrance office, represented Jerry Fialkowski, the seller who had earlier converted the building to a car museum.  David Stromath of CBRE represented Fielding Electric.  Sale consideration was $1.86 million.
The streamlined, freestanding concrete tilt-up building, which was extensively refurbished in 2012, features 2,200 square feet of office space, ground level loading, 18-foot minimum clearance and ample on-site parking.
Fielding Electric provides electrical services to the telecom industry, mission critical facilities and commercial building sectors.
