October 13, 2010; Dallas, TX – Kevin Santaularia, CEO & President of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International with offices in Dallas and Ft. Worth announced the completion of two lease transactions of behalf of Briggs International in Raleigh, NC and Charleston, SC.In Raleigh, NC Mr. Santaularia referred Mike Lewis, CCIM, SIOR and firm principal of The Lewis Group/CORFAC International in representing previous occupant Briggs International in leasing a 21,323-square-foot industrial building at 1107 Trinity Road in Raleigh. The new tenant, MV Transportation, was represented by Corey Chase of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International based in Chicago, IL. The building is a one-story facility. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MV Transportation won a contract with the Town of Cary to provide public transportation services, which created the need for the facility, according to Mr. Lewis.In Charleston, SC Mr. Santaularia referred Bob Nuttall, Jr., SIOR, CPM and firm principal of Anchor Commercial/CORFAC International in representing Briggs International in the lease of a 10,080 square-foot industrial/flex building located at 7168 Cross County Road in North Charleston. The one-story building has a 3,500-square-foot show room but the real attraction to the property is that is sits on approximately 4.5 acres, according to Mr. Nuttall. Dallas-based Briggs International is a materials handling company that rents, sells and services Yale-brand equipment and benefits from properties with substantial yard area for storing equipment and machinery.
