Gaughan Companies/CORFAC International Completes Twin Cities Industrial Property Sale

The buyer was FCB Properties, LLC, an operating entity for tube and pipe fabricating company, Flour City Bending, Inc.The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in the Big Lake Industrial Park at the corner of U.S. Highway 10 and Industrial Drive.
