Rochester, NY – John R. Homsher, CCIM, and 2016 President of CORFAC International, announced today that GENESEE Commercial Real Estate LLC has joined CORFAC International as its newest domestic affiliate and will cover Western New York state. Based in Rochester, the firm specializes in investment, office, industrial and retail real estate services.

Formed in early 2016, GENESEE Commercial Real Estate is led by Founder and Managing Principal Ira Korn, CCIM. Previously, he was a partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial Meridian since 2009. GENESEE is invested in the technology and tools to deliver the highest level of service to its clients. The firm is a full-service brokerage company specializing in office, industrial and retail properties as well as providing tenant and landlord representation and investment services. The firm was named after the Genesee River, which runs through downtown Rochester.

Korn was born and raised in Buffalo and lives in Rochester with his wife and two children. Ira Korn has been a Rochester Rotarian since 2011 where he serves on the facilities committee.
