CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Hayim Mizrachi, CCIM, Principal of MDL Group/CORFAC International in Las Vegas, Nevada, will begin his term as 2021 Treasurer of the organization on January 1.

“There’s no question 2020 has been turbulent. I believe CORFAC navigated with value-add pivots as good as any organization," said Mizrachi. "Now that we have some experience operating in a pandemic, I am looking forward to the opportunities that 2021 will present. Call me crazy, but I believe the CORFAC Officers are up for the challenge!”

Mizrachi joins fellow officers President Joe Latina, Principal of Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International in Wilmington, Delaware; Vice President Mason Capitani, SIOR, Principal of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in Detroit, Michigan; and Secretary David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International in Houston, Texas.
