June 3, 2011 (RICHWOOD, KY) - Henkle Schueler/CORFAC International, has formed an investor group, Interstate Richwood Farm, LLC, to purchase a 29.5 acre retail site for $1.875 million in Boone County. The site is located off the Richwood exit (Exit 175) of I-71/75, and is ideal for restaurants, office, hotels and other retailers.
