White Plains, NY (October 14, 2014) - Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd./CORFAC International has announced that his firm has represented Peapod, LLC in a lease for 18,000 SF of warehouse space at 175 Clearbrook Rd. in Elmsford, New York.  The building is located in the Cross Westchester Executive Park, owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.  Peapod will use the space as its distribution center for the Westchester and Fairfield county markets.

Peapod, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of international food provider Royal Ahold, and works in partnership with Ahold USA companies Stop & Shop and Giant Food.  It is America’s leading internet grocer, delivering over 23 million orders in 24 U.S. markets. 

Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, represented Peapod, LLC in this transaction. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Ivan Abry, assistant vice president of leasing.
