White Plains, NY (October 17, 2014) - Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, President of Howard Properties, Ltd./CORFAC International has announced that his firm has represented EZMSP in an expansion and relocation at 7 Odell Plaza, Yonkers, New York.  The building is part of the South Westchester Executive Park, owned by Mack-Cali Realty Corporation of Elmsford, New York.

EZMSP provides IT support including technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses.

Howard E. Greenberg represented EZMSP in a long-term lease for 5,058 SF of office/tech/warehouse space.
