Troy, MI (November 20, 2014) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that IDC Industries has purchased a 19,151 square foot industrial facility located at 34557 Bennett in Fraser, Michigan. Established in 1968, IDC manufactures custom gears and combines comprehensive lines of standard power transmission equipment with custom machining.  Jason Capitani and Joe DePonior epresented the seller in the transaction.
