Troy, MI (April 10, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani, Inc./CORFAC International is pleased to announce the ten year lease of a  49,822  square  foot  industrial  building  located  at  52054  Sierra  Drive  in  Chesterfield,  Michigan. 

The  Tenant, IPEX Corporation, is headquartered in Montreal Canada, and boasts one of the world’s most  diverse lines of thermoplastic piping systems for use in municipal, industrial, and electrical applications.  For over 50 years, IPEX Corporation has had consistent growth in their thermoplastic division and believes  that investing in Michigan makes good business sense. 

This new state of the art fabrication facility will  support IPEX Corporation’s North Carolina plant and will be a vital to the “Just in Time” shipping method  that the IPEX Corporation utilizes.  Mr. Joseph E. DePonio, III of L. Mason Capitani, Inc., Senior Vice  President of the Industrial Division represented IPEX Corporation in this transaction.
