Jerry’s Tire will be occupying this 14,857 square foot building to be used as their sixth store in Michigan. Jerry’s Tire originally opened in Lake Odessa, Michigan in 1948. Over the last 65 years they have continued to be a leader in the commercial tire service industry. Mr. Garry Rogers of L. Mason Capitani, Inc., Vice President of the Industrial Division represented the landlord in this transaction.
