Atlanta, GA (June 10, 2013) - Joel & Granot Real Estate, LLC/CORFAC International (JGRE), a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Metro Atlanta market, today announced the completion of a 19,037-square-foot office lease on behalf of Lucas Associates, LLC d/b/a/ the Lucas Group at One Atlanta Plaza, 950 East Paces Ferry Road, Atlanta, Georgia.

Lucas Group (www.lucasgroup.com) will occupy the 23rd floor of the 611,976-square-foot office building, which is owned by CSHV One Atlanta, LLC. Lucas Group signed a ten-year lease for space on the 23rd floor of the building and will move to the premises in early summer. 

JGRE Principals Alan Joel, CCIM and Dan Granot, SIOR represented Lucas Group in lease negotiations.

The Lucas Group is a leading executive recruitment firm in North America that serves mid-tier to Fortune 500 clients and will relocate this summer to a higher profile building -- Atlanta Plaza. JGRE was able to leverage a unique deal for the Lucas Group. With several years left on their current lease, JGRE aided the Lucas Group in terminating the contract and allowed the firm to walk away from its existing location with minimal penalty fees. The new space is the ideal location that will allow the company to meet their expectations of growth in the years to come.
