Fort Worth, TX (September 10, 2012) – In a quick-turning deal for as-is space, Justin Brands Inc. is settling into 32,135 sf of warehouse space in Northbrook Business Center Building I in North Fort Worth.

"They had an immediate need for delivery," says Karen Simon, executive vice president and managing partner in the Fort Worth office of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services.

In addition to immediate occupancy, the tenant requirements included air conditioning and short-term lease conditions. Simon and Nick Talley, market director for the Dallas-based brokerage firm, found three suitable locations in Fort Worth.

The proximity of Northbrook Business Center, located at 1001 NE Loop 820, to Justin's headquarters and manufacturing hub in Haltom City was a key decision-maker. Jerry Alexander and Sarah Everett of Transwestern Dallas represented the landlord, Fort Worth Northbrook Ltd.

"They are just out of space in their existing facility," Simon explains. Justin Brands is using the space for warehousing and distribution of finished leather products.
