Kevin Riley Joins Commercial Real Estate Firm Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International

Cleveland, Ohio (May 31, 2012) – James E. Klements, CPA, SIOR of Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International, today announced that Kevin Riley, CCIM  has joined the firm as a vice president.

Kevin Riley has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 8 years.  He specializes in office tenant advisory services in the Greater Cleveland Area and has represented headquarter and satellite operations in multiple states. Riley is a creative expert that is client centered, focused on helping clients make sound decisions that drive overall business success. He has developed a unique and dynamic approach to corporate real estate that not only protects the client’s interests but also generates the best results.

Before joining Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International, Riley was with Grubb & Ellis where he served as a Vice President within the Tenant Advisory Group.  Previously he worked for Colliers International/Ostendorf Morris where he was a top 10 producer in 2008 and 2009. In those positions he was responsible for leasing and selling over 800,000 square feet of space valued at over $70 million in transaction volume.

Riley is actively involved in supporting various civic and professional organizations including but not limited to roles at the Ronald McDonald House, the First Tee of Cleveland and the Urban Land Institute.  He earned a BSBA in Business Management – Magna Cum Laude from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. He and his family reside in Brecksville, Ohio.
