LOS ANGELES (South Bay) – The Klabin Company/CORFAC International announces its representation of Dovetail Furniture & Design in its investment acquisition of a fully occupied 10,864 square foot industrial building in the South Bay area of Los Angeles.
The property, located on approximately a half acre of land at 540-544 132nd St., is occupied by Mark IV Metal on a five-year lease. Mark IV is a metal forming company.
Matt Stringfellow, SIOR, and Courtney Bell, vice presidents in the Torrance office of The Klabin Company, represented the buyer. Greg Dyer and Brad Hoy of CBRE represented AGD Properties, LLC, the seller. Sale consideration was $1.56 million.
The brick and block constructed building features 1,400 square feet of office space, oversized ground level doors, private fenced parking and yard area, and easy access to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, as well as downtown Los Angeles.
