Torrance, CA (May 9, 2013) – Principals of Seba International, a worldwide manufacturer and importer of custom headwear and related sportswear and promotional products, have acquired a 21,476 square foot industrial building in Torrance, CA for relocation of its area headquarters, warehouse and distribution facility, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.

Seba International, previously located in nearby Carson, CA , plans a May occupancy of its new facility situated on nearly an acre of land at 1206-1210 W. Jon St.

Courtney Bell and Matt Stringfellow in Klabin/CORFAC’s Torrance office represented both Green Village Properties, LLC, the buyer, and Surety Realty Company, the seller.  Purchase price was $2.1 million.

In business for over 14 years, Seba International, in addition to making and importing headwear from its factories in China, has evolved into a diversified company, importing custom sport bags, sports apparel, corporate and team uniforms.

Seba International’s new headquarters is a light industrial brick and concrete block structure featuring four dock high loading positions, 18 feet interior clear height, and a fenced and paved yard.
