Klabin/CORFAC Reports CC Fund III, LLC Acquisition of Torrance, CA Building For $3.3 Million

Torrance, CA (October 24, 2013) – A strategically located, 18,097 square foot light industrial building in Torrance, CA has been acquired by CC Fund III, LLC, owners and operators of multiple businesses, for $3.3 million, announces The Klabin Company/CORFAC International.

Earlier this month (Oct.), buyer owned businesses occupied the larger portion (3015) of the building located at 3015-3017 Kashiwa St. in Torrance.  One of those entities is a supplier of parts for CNC Machines, while the other is a real estate management and maintenance company.  The buyer will continue to lease out the balance of the building,  Klabin/CORFAC brokers report. 

Matt Stringfellow and Courtney Bell in the Torrance office of The Klabin Company represented the buyers.  Chuck Lyons, III, the seller, was represented by Chuck Lyons of Lyons & Lyons Properties.

The substantially improved concrete tilt-up building features 3,546 square feet of newly improved office space, a new roof, and new floor plan.
