Troy, MI (December 5, 2012) – L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International announced today that Garry Rogers (left) is being promoted to Vice President of the firm’s Industrial Properties Division and Garrett Middlekauff (right) is being promoted to Vice President of the firm’s Office Properties Division.  Previously Garry and Garrett worked as sales associates for the firm.  “Garry and Garrett have both worked diligently to build a substantial client base and both are known as leaders in the Detroit area commercial real estate brokerage community”, commented Mason L. Capitani, Executive Vice President and Principal Member of L. Mason Capitani.  “Both Garry and Garrett are valued members of our brokerage team and both have great futures ahead of them”.

Garry Rogers joined L. Mason Capitani in 2005 and quickly asserted himself as a self motivated, diligent sales associate with a drive to serve his clients and to build his portfolio of exclusively listed properties in and around the I-75 Industrial Corridor through central Oakland County, Michigan.  Year over year he has increased his sales production to the point where he is a leader in the firm’s veteran laden Industrial Properties Division.

Garrett Middlekauff joined L. Mason Capitani as an intern in 2005 while he was in the process of completing his MBA from the University of Texas.  He joined the firm full time in 2006 as a sales associate specializing in the brokerage of office and medical properties in Oakland County, Michigan.  Since that time Garrett has established himself as one of the leading real estate professionals in the region.  He is actively involved in marketing and servicing some of the firm’s highest profile office properties.
