L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of the 47,833 square foot, 3-story multi-tenant office building located at 1111 W. Long Lake Road in Troy, Michigan. Mason L. Capitani, SIOR, represented the purchaser, California-based LREH, LLC, in the acquisition. The building features class “A” finishes inside and out, underground garage parking and exterior tenant signage.

“1111 W. Long Lake has always been a stable asset in the Troy market,” Capitani said. “In fact, the building has historically remained at or near 100% occupancy.” L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International will oversee all leasing efforts moving forward while the company’s affiliate, Liberty Property & Asset Management, will oversee all property management services.
