L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of 11 apartment complexes to various purchasing entities, all affiliated to Texas-based Obsidian Capital, LLC. In total, the complexes are made up of 232 units, with a mixture of one-bedroom and two-bedroom dwellings. The properties are all located in Oakland County, Michigan. Jason Capitani, CCIM, SIOR, and Joe DePonio, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International, brokered the transaction.
