L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the recent long-term lease of a newly constructed industrial building located at 15000 Commercial Drive in Shelby Township, Michigan, to Ethel’s Baking Company. The lease was negotiated by Joe DePonio III, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in Troy, Michigan. 

Ethel’s Baking was founded in 2011 by Jill Bommarito as a dessert manufacturer that specializes in gluten-free desserts. Their specialty products can be found locally in Whole Foods, Kroger, Meijer and over 70 other locations.
