Joe DePonio, SIOR, and Jason Capitani, CCIM, SIOR, of L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International represented the landlord on a recently closed lease to Jet Box Baseball Club. Jet Box was founded in 2002 as an extension of one of the most successful amateur baseball teams in the country. Since 1969, Jet Box founder Jim Corte has a legacy of hard work, attention to detail and pride for assisting the development of youth players in the club. This new location will be a state-of-the-art training facility that will help differentiate them from other clubs in the area.
