Troy, MI (April 18, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani, Inc. CORFAC International is pleased to announce that they have successfully facilitated the sale of the previous Delphi Facility Building located at 51786 Shelby Parkway in Shelby Township, Michigan. The 56,546 square foot building, which is situated on four acres, was acquired from Farm Bureau Life Insurance by International Sales Organization, Incorporated, which specializes in the sorting and warehousing of automotive components. Tom Jablonski, along with Joseph E. DePonio, III of L. Mason Capitani’s Industrial Division represented the seller in this transaction.
