Troy, MI (August 26, 2013) - L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the relocation of Larry’s Orchids & Tropicals, Inc. to Clinton Township, Michigan from their previous New Baltimore locations. The company is consolidating and relocating its executive and administrative offices as well as their Midwest distribution center. They will be leasing space at the 9,217 square foot building in the Shoreline Industrial Park on 33955 Harper Avenue in Clinton Township. Larry's Orchids and Tropical Plants is primarily an electronic plant nursery with growing outlets, marketing Orchids and Tropical Plants and supplies online both wholesale and retail.  Tom Jablonski and Joe DePonio represented both parties in the transaction.
