Mason Capitani Corfac International is pleased to announce the sale of a 37,472 square foot facility located at 42300 Executive Drive in Harrison Township, Michigan. Laser Cutting Company will expand and move its operations from neighboring Clinton Township. Originally constructed in 1994, this state of the art facility offers a ceiling clearance of 32 feet, heavy power, buss duct, airlines and two 15-ton cranes with 10-ton auxiliaries. Although the purchase price was not disclosed, the asking price was set at $1.1 million. Since 1983, Laser Cutting Company has provided rapid precision laser cutting of metal stampings and machine components from prototype through production.
