L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of the Stoneridge II Office Building located at 40950 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Mason L. Capitani, SIOR, Managing Partner with the firm represented the purchaser, LREH Michigan, LLC, in the acquisition. The class “A”, 110,000 square foot office building was recently renovated and was 100% leased at the time of sale.
