The Chicago‐based company currently operates seven separate locations throughout Illinois and Indiana. The 21,069 square foot property will be completely renovated to create a full service state‐of‐the‐art collision center and a first‐class customer lounge area. Mason L. Capitani and Gary P. Grochowski represented the seller in this transaction.
