Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Serapid, Inc. has purchased a 22,915 square foot industrial facility located at 34100 Mound Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan. Their US headquarters are currently housed within a smaller facility three miles away. Situated upon 4 acres, the new property will address their current and future plans for expansion. Serapid specializes in the vertical and horizontal movement of loads.

At the core of their technology is the Rigid Chain, which is a chain that can push. Their custom solutions encompass a wide variety of applications in industries as diverse as architecture, nuclear, medical technology, defense, automation, engineering, manufacturing, theater and entertainment. Jason Capitani represented Serapid in the transaction. Garry Rogers and Joe DePonio represented the seller.
