Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that F.Tech R&D North America, Inc., of Troy, Ohio, is expanding its design and engineering division into the Wilshire Plaza West building in Troy, Michigan in February of 2014. F‐Tech, Inc. is a global company focused on the development, design, manufacturing, and sales of automotive parts, dies, and equipment. Their top customers in Michigan include General Motors and Honda Motor Company. Kelli Kalvinski and Gary Grochowski represented the tenant in this transaction.
