Troy, MI (January 3, 2014) ‐ L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Friction Coating has purchased an 11,833 square foot industrial facility located at 44833 Centre Court, in Clinton Township, Michigan. Currently headquartered in Sterling Heights, Friction Coating will make their move sometime in the first quarter of 2014.

Since 1989, Friction Coating has manufactured specialtybrazed carbide grinding wheels and rotary cutting tools for the rubber roller, tire manufacturing, polyurethane rollers, lathe‐cut seals, and wood working industries. Jason Capitani represented them in the transaction. Joe DePonio and Jason Capitani represented the seller.
