Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Portable Church Industries has signed a long term lease agreement for a 13,633 square foot facility located in Troy, Michigan. Portable Church Industries is a “Mobile Church” design and build company headquartered in Troy. Whether it is a multiple site church, a new start-up church, or a traveling church, Portable Church Industries has pioneered how cargo and supplies are organized, packed, and transported in between worship services. Garry Rogers, of L. Mason Capitani represented the tenant in this transaction.
