Troy, MI (January 13, 2014) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Oerlikon Balzers Coating USA has entered into a 10‐year lease agreement at a 42,750 square foot facility located at 199 Kay Industrial Drive, in Orion Township, MI. This site will supplement their two existing locations in Wixom and Harrison Township, Michigan.

Oerlikon Balzers’ world headquarters are based out of Liechtenstein, and its North American regional offices are located in Schaumburg, Illinois. They are the leading global supplier of PVD coatings and other surface technologies, which decisively improve the performance and service lives of precision components as well as metalworking and plastics processing tools. Jason Capitani represented them in the transaction.
