Troy, MI (December 26, 2013) - L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of a 115,000 square foot industrial building located at 6434 S. Dort Highway, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Dort Farm, LLC has purchased the building as an investment. Although only 50% occupied at the time of sale, the purchaser recognized the opportunity to retrofit and ultimately lease the remaining vacant suites.

The building is also positioned upon 38 acres, and only one mile north of I-75. Jason Capitani represented the purchaser and the seller, SMS Financial, in the transaction.
