Mason Capitani/CORFAC International announced today that theyhave brokered the sale of the Pine Tree Office Building located at 2555 Crooks Road in Troy, Michigan for$780,000. The two story, 13,000 square foot office building is currently home to four tenants. The newowner, Pasha Industrial, LLC plans to renovate the building and reposition it in the market to attract newtenants. L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International will continue to market the property for lease on behalfof the new owners. Joseph DePonio, Senior Vice President with L.
