Troy, MI (November 14, 2013) - L. Mason Capitani, Inc. CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Sur‐Form Corporation has purchased an industrial building located at 50320 E Russell Schmidt in Chesterfield,  Michigan.  Sur-Form Corporation  is  a subsidiary of  Sur-Flo Plastics and Engineering, Inc. and was created to meet the needs of the material handling industry.

They are a full service  packaging  and  seat  pallet  systems provider which creates custom thermoformed and injection molded plastics.  Currently headquartered in the neighboring city of Fraser, this 44,524 square foot facility is located within minutes of the I‐94 expressway and will be renovated to allow their operations to run more efficiently. Jason Capitani and Joseph DePonio represented both the purchaser and the sellers in the transaction.
