Troy, MI (November 7, 2013) ‐ L. Mason Capitani, Inc./CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Van‐Dies Engineering, Inc. has signed a lease for an industrial building located at 17525 Helro Drive, Fraser, Michigan. Currently headquartered in neighboring Roseville, their new home will satisfy their expansion needs.

The 14,000 square foot facility offers an open warehouse floor plan and a truck well, which will allow them to run their operations more efficiently. Jason Capitani represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction.
