Troy, MI (October 15, 2013) - L. Mason Capitani, Inc./CORFAC International is pleased to announce that CI Lighting, LLC leased a 7,050 square foot industrial facility located in Auburn Hills, Michigan. CI Lighting LLC is a LED circuit board manufacturer and engineering design company currently located in Troy, Michigan.

The Auburn Hills facility will be used for their new headquarters and manufacturing operations. Garry Rogers of L. Mason Capitani represented both the landlord and the tenant in this transaction.
