Troy, MI (November 21, 2013) – L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Century Plastics, Inc. has signed a long term lease agreement for three industrial buildings located off of Utica Drive in Shelby Township, Michigan.
Already headquarted within the same campus, the plastic injection molding and assembly company signed a new lease, and expanded into an additional facility. Century Plastics now occupies a total of 300,000 square feet. They specialize in interior trim and counsel components. Jason Capitani and Joe DePonio represented the landlord, Phoenix Shelby Industrial, in the transaction.
